Apps are available to install in the Apps navigation item at the top of the client. Once installed, the Zoom App is available in the desktop client for use in a meeting. Method 1: Visit the Zoom App marketplace within the Zoom client. Click Request pre-approve to send a request to your owner/admin. Click Install.Note: If you see the Request pre-approve option instead, your account owner or admin must approve the app before it can be installed. Search for apps by entering "Read Navigator" into the search bar. Once you join a meeting, you can access the meeting controls located at the bottom of the window. If you want to log in and start or schedule your own meeting, click Sign In. After installing the Zoom app, launch the app and, click Join a Meeting to join a meeting without signing in. A web page will launch for you to authorize the app to have access to the necessary account information. The Zoom app is available as a free download here. Click View next to the name of the app to view more details, then click Add to install the app.Note: If you see the Request pre-approve option instead, your account owner or admin must approve the app before it can be installed. View available Apps for installation on the Discover tab. Follow the authorization steps shown on the screen. Click View next to Read Navigator to view more details, then click Add to install the app. Zoom Apps can be installed before a meeting through the App Marketplace, on the desktop client in the Apps tab, or during a live meeting.
